Hain Rebas

Hain Rebas is a professor emeritus of history, formerly worked at the University of Gothenburg. 1990-1992 he was adviser to Foreign Minister of Estonia Lennart Meri (President 1992-2001). Rebas was Estonia's Minister of Defense from 1992 to 1993.
