Krista Viksnins is a Program Officer with the Transatlantic Defense and Security Program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, DC. She received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from St. Olaf College. Previously, she worked at the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Energy, Environment and Cyber and the European Parliament as well as other Washington DC-based NGOs.
