Anna Ūdre is a freelance reporter who has reported for national radio, national newspaper, and leading online news media in Latvia. She has been involved in various media projects abroad (including in Thailand and Uganda) covering such topics as migration, human rights, and development. Currently, she's in Washington, DC with the Baltic American Freedom Foundation (BAFF) scholarship working on Capitol Hill.
