Moscow Policy Researcher Suggests Russia Should Attack Baltic States

Mikhail Aleksandrov, a researcher at the Moscow Institute of CIS countries has suggested that Russia should respond to US aggression in Syria by attacking the Baltic States. Aleksandrov posted the comments on his Live Journal account.
